Robert has spent years working in film and television, where wigs are either right or they're obviously wrong.
On a camera that sees everything, there's no almost.
After working with a private client and commissioning a piece from one of the finest wig makers in the country, then spending hours cutting and colouring it to match their natural hair exactly, it struck Robert that this kind of service barely exists outside of the film industry.
Something was missing.
What most people are offered instead is a catalogue, a retail setting, something chosen from a shelf that maybe vaguely resembles their own hair. Functional, perhaps. But nothing like sitting in a chair and having someone take the time to get it exactly right.
Beshert Studio is that something.

Beshert Studio isn't a wig shop and it isn't a medical service. We are creative studio.
A private hair studio, and that distinction matters. Whether you're coming in for the first time, wanting your existing piece cut and coloured, or you've been wearing wigs for years and never had a proper consultation, this is your studio now.
We do everything a great hair studio does. We just do it for every kind of hair. And wigs aren't one size fits all - literally! Which is why we never treat them that way.
If you're going through treatment and need someone in your corner while your hair changes, we're here for that. We'll work alongside your existing stylist if you'd prefer. We adapt to where you are, not the other way around.
It starts with a consultation.
Unhurried, private, entirely focused on you. We work out what you actually need and what makes sense for your life and your budget, and we're honest about it. Most people who find us have already had at least one experience they'd rather forget. A piece that didn't look like them. A fitting that felt like a medical appointment rather than a hair one. Something that was functional but never quite right. We start again from scratch.
That might mean adapting a piece you already own. It might mean renting while you work out what you want. It might mean commissioning something completely bespoke. There's no single answer and we won't pretend there is.
We also show you everything, how to style, maintain and fit your piece with confidence. If you have someone at home who helps you with your hair, bring them along. We'll show them too.
Robert and the Beshert team work across film and television - with credits including Dune: Prophecy and Call the Midwife - bringing the same level of care to every appointment at Beshert. Not as a selling point. Just because there's no other way to do it.
